• Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimated based on your location:

  • Domestic (Turkey): 2-4 business days.
  • International: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

• Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
